We offer a more comprehensive and organized approach to the metro area’s industry. Our careers have equipped us with an expert level of knowledge to assist our clients in the best possible way. Origin story of New Life Estate Sales
After a year of contemplation and study, we embarked on this journey in November of 2023. Initially, we did not have any employees, just the two founding partners, Robert Hangren and Sandra Hegland.
From Robert Hangren
I was born and raised in Southern Texas and went to school in San Marcos, acquiring a degree in Sales and Marketing. After spending a decade assisting in launching a very successful tech company, I transitioned into selling physical products for the last decade. We were able to scale this business to over a million in sales per year. The transition into estate sales combines both these areas of expertise into a great business model.
From Sandra Hegland, BSN, MBA
My professional career landed me in different states the last few decades. (Missouri, Alabama, California, Texas, Tennessee) I was in healthcare for 30 years, the last 10 years serving as a CEO of various hospitals. After retiring from healthcare 7 years ago, I began selling physical products through Ebay, Amazon and Etsy. Growing up, my mother was an antique aficionado. Her passion for old things, dishes, art and so much more inspired a love for old and curious things. I am bringing all these life experiences to New Life Estate Sales with a mission to create a truly special company in the Nashville area!
In a world where landfills are growing and consumerism is rampant, giving New Life to used or older things makes sense. That is why we chose our company’s name: New Life Estate Sales. Our mission is three-fold.
