Sales Representative

About This Role

The Sales Representative role at New Life Estate Sales is a sales and marketing position with the company.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and marketing and will be highly motivated to generate leads and close deals. The sales representative’s deliverables will be bringing in new clients who need our service. They will also be responsible for positioning New Life Estate Sales as the best choice for Nashville area clients needing liquidation. The sales representative will speak with potential clients both on the phone and in their home. The sales representative will also discover and build client referral chains to build overall growth of the company.

Work Hours

  • Full Time: Monday – Friday 9:00 to 5:00
  • Part Time: To be determined, up to 24 hours per week

Duties

  • Responsible for bringing in more business and meeting new client goals each week at New Life Estate Sales.
  • Fill and update Referral stream spreadsheet daily
  • Identify likely referral sources and develop effective strategies to improve conversion
  • Participate in weekly staff meeting discussing new leads and focus for the week
  • Follow New Life Estate Sales policies and represent the company in a positive and trustworthy way.
  • Become an expert at what we do and how we do it so it can be effectively used in the sales process.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed

Requirements

  • Either a BA in sales or related field OR experience in sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to give presentations to groups and potential clients.
  • Organizational expertise so that timely follow up is consistent and effectual.
  • Computer/internet skills: Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheet, app use on the phone
  • Current driver’s license and ability to drive within 50 miles of Nashville
  • Desire to be flexible and work in a high energy fast-paced environment.
  • Pressure resistance and ability to remain collaborative under duress
